Job description

This role primarily involves supporting our team in activities related to various associations and chambers that the company is a member of, as well as attending events and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the company’s involvement with various associations and chambers of commerce.
  • Attend events, meetings, and programs organized by these associations and chambers.
  • Take notes, prepare reports, and follow up on action items from events.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for participation in events, including scheduling and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Support the company’s public relations efforts and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing presentations, communications, and reports.
  • Assist in tracking event schedules and program deadlines to ensure timely participation.
  • Assist in managing memberships, registrations, and renewals for associations and chambers.
  • Maintain databases and records of all related activities.
