Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Oversee the reconciliation of financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and clubhouse needs.

2. Membership Management

Oversee the financial aspects of clubhouse membership, including billing, payments, and record-keeping.

Collaborate with the Membership Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of membership fees.

Maintain accurate membership data in the system and generate reports for management review.

Handle member inquiries related to billing and payments, ensuring prompt resolution.

Support promotional activities and membership drives by providing financial insights.

3. Controls and Compliance

Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Monitor internal control procedures, including membership-related processes.

Support audits and provide required documentation.

4. Team Supervision and Development

Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Assist with recruitment and performance evaluations for finance staff

5. Systems and Processes

Maintain and enhance financial systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.

Ensure the seamless integration of membership financial processes into the overall system.

6. Other Responsibilities

Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, including membership-related data.

Assist with special projects such as financial modelling, strategic planning, or membership growth strategies.

Act as a backup for the Financial Controller when required.

Ideal Applicant

1. Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is a plus).

At least 3-5 years in finance or accounting, with exposure to membership-based operations preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities
