A reputable global real estate group seeks an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to manage financial operations, including accounts receivable and payable, compliance, and reporting. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate or investment management sectors. The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia’s leading lifestyle hubs. Our mall is a 1.3 million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park. We are seeking to hire an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join the team. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Accounts Receivable (AR):
Review and activate lease agreements—including original, modified, terminated, or novated leases—prepared by the leasing administration team.
Prepare and maintain themonthly rent roll, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Manage billing adjustments resulting from lease amendments, modifications, terminations, or novations, including changes to commencement dates or rent-free periods.
Analyse and reviewlease income forecaststo support financial planning and reporting.
Reconcileexpense reports, ensuring all submissions are properly documented and comply with internal policies.
Accounts Payable (AP):
Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, respond to payment inquiries, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Prepare and execute payments to vendors through various channels, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH.
Generate and analyseaccounts payable reportsto support financial reporting and decision-making
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all financial operations adhere totax regulations, internal controls, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experiencein a similar capacity, preferably in thereal estate, property, infrastructure, or investment managementindustry.
Degree qualificationmajoring inAccounting and/or Finance, or equivalent.
Competence in accounting and basic Microsoft Office tools; experience withYardi systemis a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
Highlydetail-orientedandorganizedin work.
Ateam playerwith an engaging, down-to-earth approach.
