Lead and manage the monthly financial closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
Prepare and review quarterly financial announcements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee group consolidation of accounts, including subsidiaries and intercompany transactions.
Manage annual tax submissions by liaising with external auditors and tax agents.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial insights to assist management in strategic planning.
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, MIA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and tax regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
