Get to know the Team

The Procure-to-Pay (PTP) team manages outgoing payments, ensuring timely processing. We collaborate across departments to support seamless financial operations and contribute to month-end closing activities.

Get to know the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, PTP, you will support all Accounts Payable activities, ensuring service delivery according to SLAs/KPIs and conducting quality reviews. You will provide leadership to the team in line with Finance Operations Support & Services strategy. This role is based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Accounts Payable Invoice activities to ensure smooth operations.
2. Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs/KPIs and maintain high standards through quality reviews.
3. Provide clear direction and leadership to the team, aligning with strategy.
4. Assist in identifying process improvements and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
5. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and metrics, ensuring SOX compliance.
6. Lead the Accounts Payable Invoice Team and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications

Essential Skills

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting.
3. Knowledge of PTP and AP processes, with hands-on experience in SSC and financial impact.
4. Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to AP.
