Job Description

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: This encompasses all aspects of financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for property development projects, including feasibility studies, cost control, and performance tracking.
  • Project Financing & Funding: This involves securing funding for projects through various sources like banks and investors, negotiating deals, and managing the disbursement of funds.
  • Cost Management & Control: This focuses on implementing and monitoring cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget, optimizing resource allocation, and minimizing financial risks.
  • Cash Flow Management: This involves managing the company's cash flow effectively, ensuring timely payments, optimizing working capital, and overseeing the collection of receivables.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and managing the external audit process.
