Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is sourcing an Assistant Finance Manager (Costing) for a Malaysia-based EMS manufacturer. The role focuses on costing, financial reporting, and internal controls within a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accountancy/Finance with at least 3 years' experience handling full sets of accounts, knowledge of MFRS and local taxes, and strong analytical skills. Manufacturing or audit exposure is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling full set of accounts, including financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS and local taxation requirements.
• Analytical, problem-solving and logical thinking abilities in financial reporting.
• Prior exposure in manufacturing or audit is a plus.
