Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily operations of SSC to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with SLA.
  2. Monitor the team to ensure the operations comply with internal policies.
  3. Provide clear direction and leadership to the team in line with strategies set by Finance Dept in Hong Kong.
  4. Communicate with different stakeholders.
  5. Recruit and provide training to members of the team.
  6. Translate business needs into system tools to improve efficiency.
  7. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 10 - 13 years of relevant experience.
  2. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  3. Detail-oriented and analytical.
