Job description

The candidate will be involved in monthly financial closing, annual budgeting cycle, and providing financial analysis to support various company needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing monthly closing and preparing financial, management, and consolidated reports, including balance sheets (AP, AR, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory).
2. Developing budgets and forecasts, and conducting variance and financial analysis on various reports.
3. Handling intercompany transactions and maintaining accurate documentation.
4. Supporting administrative and operational aspects of sales activities.
5. Overseeing employee expense claims.
6. Managing bank-related activities such as payments, cash flow projections, and bank reconciliations.
7. Liaising with banks on account management and transaction matters, including user access rights.
8. Ensuring compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating audits across group entities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; experience as a financial analyst is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA qualification.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Organized with good documentation skills.
• Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently during month-end closures.
