Are you a detail-oriented finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Finance Manager to support our growing organization in bakery industry - TEDBOY. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management, contribute to strategic financial planning, and lead core accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Analysis & Insights
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights that support key business decisions.
· Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
· Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
Prepare and present accurate financial reports. Oversee month-end closing activities, including journal postings, ledger maintenance, and group consolidations.
· Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.
· Transaction Management
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
· Audit & Internal Controls
Lead and support both internal and external financial audits. Maintain strong internal controls and documentation.
· Team Leadership & Development
Supervise day-to-day activities of the finance team, providing guidance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
· Management Support
Partner with senior management on financial strategy, analysis, and ad hoc initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years of experience managing P&L and handling full set of accounts in a dynamic environment.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCount, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools. Hands-on experience with e-invoicing implementation is highly desirable.
Analytical Mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership & Organization
Ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong time management and organizational skills.
