Job Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor the day-to-day financial activities within the organization, such as receivable, payable, treasury, reporting, etc.
  2. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual financial reports, periodic tax filings, etc.
  3. Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
  4. Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  5. Supervise employees, including recruiting and training.
  6. Review finance procedures and policies.
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  8. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy.
  • More than 5 years of experience in an accounting and finance role (preferably in the travel or service industry) with supervisory experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and direct/indirect taxation. Internal training will be provided; external consultants will be engaged when required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • A team player.
