A leading company in ICT is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage accounting processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role involves preparing reports, overseeing audits, and managing payroll. Candidates should possess a degree in Finance or Accounting and relevant experience in finance operations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential for this role.
Manage the full set of accounts and prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including Profit C Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Generate monthly sales closing reports and sales commission calculations.
Oversee annual audits and prepare documentation for company tax submission.
Manage cash book, petty cash, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Handle monthly payroll processes including salary computation, voucher preparation, and payment.
Liaise with the Company Secretary for statutory documents, such as certified true copies (CTC) and Directors' Resolutions.
Manage credit applications and assess creditworthiness.
Assist the Management in daily financial operations, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to align with company goals.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation requirements, and internal control policies.
Review and ensure compliance with SST (Sales and Service Tax) submissions.
Oversee implementation and compliance of e-Invoicing requirements.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to junior finance and procurement staff.
Requirement:
Degree or advanced qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Assistant Finance Manager, Financial Executive, or in a similar finance role.
Strong knowledge in financial reporting, audit, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software such as AutoCount.
Familiar with HRMS software, preferably Infotech.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills and a proactive working attitude.
Able to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Result-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
