Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing all the invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursement processes for Nirvana Group.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments in line with company policies and contractual agreements.
• Manage and resolve escalations related to invoice discrepancies, payment issues, or vendor queries.
• Assist in monitoring inter-Group funds transfer and fund requests for weekly payment.
• Confirm cheque or payment when receiving a call from the Banker.
• Supervise the subordinate’s day-to-day work to ensure work delivery and manage the quality of work performed by the team.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.
• Assist in overseeing the whole accounting & financial functions of Nirvana Memorial Park Co. Ltd and directly in charge of sections of the functions assigned by the superior.
• Coordinate and ensure that all activities in the month-end close process are performed in accordance with the prescribed checklist.
• Ensure that all reporting deliverables are accurately prepared and analyzed on a monthly basis. Ensure that any discrepancies and/or errors are identified with the remedial/rectification action and resolutions for review.
• Handle agents’ commissions and incentive payments, including checking, reviewing, and preparation of annual agent income statements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proficient in SAPB1, SAP Hana accounting software and MS Office.
• 5 years working experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable and relevant tax regulations.
• Experience in handling Bangkok accounting and local taxes requirement.
