We are looking for an experienced Assistant Export Manager/ Assistant Market Intelligence Manager to lead our growth in the tissue category across Thailand. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in key account management and e-commerce management, with exposure to B2B channels such as Away-from-Home or HORECA and Private Label segments being a plus. A strong foundation in trade marketing development is essential. Prior experience in the tissue product category will be considered a significant advantage.

You will play an essential role to:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support business growth in the tissue category in Thailand.
  • Manage and grow distributor sales revenue, direct key accounts, including retail and e-commerce platforms, to drive sales performance and gain market share.
  • Collaborate with key accounts and agencies on trade marketing implementation and on-ground activation to drive effective in-store and digital campaigns.
  • Solicit capable distributors, including e-distributors and AFH distributors, to expand business potential.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing studies, and category reviews to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and leveraging insights to drive sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in key account management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
