Job Overview

As the key officer at the One Stop Student Centre counter, you will provide information, advice, and assistance regarding various types of financial aids. You will serve as the liaison officer for financial aid bodies such as PTPTN, MARA, JPA, and others. Your responsibilities include planning and proposing policies and procedures for the application and submission of financial aids and other sponsorships.


Key Challenges
  • End-to-end management, coordination, and administration of student sponsorship and financial aid activities.
  • Maintenance, updating, and administration of learning and development records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information regarding financial aid and sponsorship through briefings, especially for new students.
  • Assist students with PTPTN applications via MyPTPTN numbers for online applications.
  • Remind students about application deadlines for sponsorships/financial aids via email, phone calls, and announcements.
  • Inform students to send related documents (e.g., sponsorship agreements) to the Student Affairs Department if required by the sponsor.
  • Review agreements before submission to sponsors.
  • Maintain good rapport with sponsor bodies.
  • Update information about potential sponsors for students.
  • Coordinate visits from sponsors as necessary.
  • Arrange interview sessions with sponsors or financial aid agencies as needed.
  • Prepare related documents for students' financial aid purposes, such as Student Confirmation Letters.
  • Maintain an updated database of student financial aid information in the student information system and file relevant documents.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences

Education: Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Management, Office Management, or Administration.

Experience: At least 1-3 years of solid working experience with strong knowledge of customer service and communication. Experience in managing PTPTN and MARA applications and handling financial aid matters is preferred.
