A leading company seeks a Sales Assistant to enhance customer satisfaction by providing product information and conducting promotions. - Provide customers with accurate knowledge of product features, performance, pricing, etc. and provide them with appropriate information.
- Responsible for communicating with the customer, answering questions about products, listening to the customer's needs and requests, and proposing the most appropriate products.
- Demonstrate the operation and usage of the products to show customers the appeal of the products.
- Conducts product promotions and sales promotions to encourage customers to purchase products.
- Ensures that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked in the store and that merchandise is never out of stock.
Cashiering: Performs cashiering duties.
- Assists in the smooth processing of sales by checking out merchandise and processing cash register transactions.
- Provides information and assistance regarding after-sales service and warranties after purchases.
- Responds promptly and appropriately to product-related problems and complaints in an effort to improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of new product information and trends to keep customers up-to-date.
