Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR) is the think tank for the Perak state government, dedicated to driving impactful policies and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Executive, Corporate Communication (Creative Design) to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines (logos, typography, colors) and ensure consistency across all platforms

Create compelling visual content for press releases, corporate updates, and presentations.

Design engaging materials (posters, digital displays) to enhance employee communication.

Maintain an organised library of templates, graphics, and archived projects for seamless workflow.

Liaise with external vendors (printers, photographers) to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media Studies, or any other related fields.
Experience: 1-3 years in Graphic design or a similar creative role, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.

Strong motion graphics/video editing skills (Intermediate level).

Keen eye for detail, creativity, and adherence to brand standards.

Excellent time management and collaboration skills.

Basic knowledge of brand management and digital/social media trends.
