Job Description

- Assist in corresponding to all customer related requests and activities.
- Assist in managing and preparing for all customer audits, internal audits, and compliance audits.
- Drive customer/internal corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means.
- Implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with inter-department teams to ensure the production and supply of products are in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Assist in monitoring and improving process and outgoing quality and handling line quality-related issues; implement and drive internal corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the quality system to ensure that all products go through the proper process of development before mass production transition to meet Quality Management System requirements.
- Facilitate all quality reports, records, and procedures to be updated from time to time and arranged properly in accordance with ISA and Quality Management System.
- Assist in Quality Data Management, maintaining inspection records, quality-related update documents, codes, standards, and specifications as required by the quality system.
- Assist in researching and proposing to management suitable and efficient methods of QC improvement based on industry practices.
- Analyze, produce, and present QC reports to the management of the company.
- Assist in maintaining manual and electronic filing systems for all correspondences.
- Assist in establishing effective procedures and monitoring performance of environmental test performance tests and ensure compliance with ISO and customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Adhere to and follow all the rules and regulations of the company from time to time.

Qualifications

Requirements

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Japanese skill N1, N2
・Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering.
・Must be willing to work in Sendayan (Seremban) area.

■ ADVANTAGES
・Japan graduate has advantage.
・Candidates with 0 ~ 2 years of working experience in manufacturing line have an advantage.
・Candidates with experience working in a Japanese environment have an advantage.
