Job Description

- Lead the production team to meet product quality and delivery requirements.
- Optimize productivity and machinery capacity.
- Initiate problem solving and troubleshooting processes.
- Train the operation staff to meet production activities and targets.
- Establish and maintain SOPs and quality records.
- Initiate cost-saving activities.
- Initiate projects to improve production capability and efficiency.
- Prepare research and proposals to management regarding suitable and efficient methods of production improvement (KAIZEN) in the automotive industry.
- Responsible for implementation of new designs and techniques to improve plant operations and processes.
- Plan manpower arrangements to support daily operations.
- Develop KPIs to align with company objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Lead in monitoring and improving processes and drive internal corrective actions.
- Adhere to and follow all rules and regulations of the company from time to time.

Qualifications

Requirements:
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Japanese skill N1, N2
・Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
・Must be willing to work in Sendayan (Seremban) area.

■ ADVANTAGES
・Japan graduate has advantage.
・Candidate with 0 ~ 2 years of working experience in manufacturing line has advantage.
・Candidate with experience working in a Japanese environment has advantage.

Working Hours

8:30 ~ 17:00

Holiday

Saturday and Sunday off.

Monday ~ Thursday:
- Working Hour: 8:30 ~ 17:00
- Lunch Time: 12:00 ~ 13:00

Friday:
- Working Hour: 8:30 ~ 18:00
- Lunch Time: 12:30 ~ 14:30
