SECTION : JIG/MECHANICAL

To support and in-charge for all current and new models run smoothly.

Improves line efficiency during new model and current model.

Responsible to inform superiors during breakdown if problem cannot be solved within 10 minutes.

Responsible to design and fabricate electrical and mechanical jigs.

Responsible to modify the jigs for improvements.

Co-ordinate with supplier during machine or jigs breakdown if the problem cannot be solved by internally.

To plan and schedule any new purchase of machinery, jigs, tools and spare parts.

Study productivity issue from Production/market claim/article reject.

Discuss with designer for productivity issue and confirm the root cause and countermeasure.

Derive and implement Engineering Department objectives as per company policy and objective.

In-charge in new vendor selection and "PR" issue for jig and equipment purchases.

Make Shipment Request Form (SRF) for import or export products, jigs, or machinery.

Make Disposal Request Form (DRF) for disposal activities.

To perform additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

SECTION : PRODUCT

Responsible to create modify Production manual.

Support Production technical and process problem solving.

Support and communicate with designers in modification and design change activities.

In charge and ensure all the new models run smoothly from trial shot PP to MP stage.

Carry out Front Loading activities related to individual section.

Conduct software verification.

Responsible to inform superior during breakdown if problem cannot be solved within 10 minutes.

To perform additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

SECTION : SOFTWARE

Responsible for creating and modifying Production software.

To support Production related to software issues.

Support and communicate with designers in modification and design change activities.

In charge and ensure all the new models run smoothly from trial shot PP to MP stage.

Carry out Front Loading activities related to individual section.

Responsible to inform superior during breakdown if problem cannot be solved within 10 minutes.

To perform additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

SECTION : PROCESS

Generate report analysis for part defect.

Discuss with designer for productivity issue and confirm the root cause and countermeasure.

Verify faulty equipment before issue to calibration team.

Make Shipment Request Form (SRF) for import or export products, sample set or equipment.

Make Disposal Request Form (DRF) for disposal activities.

Derive and implement Engineering Department objectives as per company policy and objective.

Responsible to inform superior/Department Head during breakdown if problem cannot be solved within 10 minutes.

To perform additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess Diploma or above in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering field.

Those who have experience working in a manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.

Jig/Mechanical section : Possesses hands-on experience in jigs, tools and machinery, familiarity with robotics operations and programming, proficiency with SolidWorks software and other equivalent 3D CAD software are preferred.

Product section : Possesses basic understanding of TX and RX is required.

Software section : Possesses basic understanding of VB.Net (Visual Basic.Net) / VB 6.0 (Visual Basic 6.0) programming is required.

Process section : Possesses hands-on experience in jigs, tools and machinery.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Applicants must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
