GSR Solution Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Engineer Assistant to join the customer support and engineering team.

The role focuses on delivering technical assistance via email and online platforms, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely deliveries, and handling after-sales inquiries with swift solutions. Night shift capability is required. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year of related experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1+ year experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through email and online platforms (basic technical inquiries, order status follow-up, issue clarification).
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order delivery.
• Handle after-sales questions, complaints, and track solutions.
• Collect customer feedback and assist in improving service processes.
• Work with the team to meet performance goals; able to accept day/night shift rotations.
