A leading wellness company located in Shah Alam is seeking a skilled e-commerce strategist to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketplace operations, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a strong analytical mindset. This role involves supporting multi-brand campaigns and analyzing performance metrics to improve strategies.
HerbaLine Global Wellness Group – Kota Kemuning, Selangor
Support the development and execution of multi-brand e-commerce strategies across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and brand websites.
Assist in driving sales growth, brand visibility, and profitability for each HWG brand.
Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns, membership tie-ins, and cross-brand promotions (e.g., spa + F&B bundles).
Oversee product listings (SEO titles, descriptions, images, pricing) and ensure stock accuracy.
Register HWG brands for platform campaigns (11.11, CNY, Raya, etc.) and monitor performance.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for promotions, vouchers, and visibility.
Support affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and livestream activities.
Track ad spends, ROAS, and conversion rates, suggesting optimizations.
Work with customer service to ensure timely responses, rating management, and dispute resolution.
Support integration of HWG membership points & loyalty programs into e-commerce channels.
Improve UI/UX consistency and customer journey across platforms.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, ad spend, conversion, repeat customers).
Analyse competitor activity and provide recommendations for growth.
Highlight underperforming SKUs and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with marketing team for campaign visuals and messaging.
Work with operations & logistics to ensure timely delivery and stock alignment.
Support finance team in e-commerce sales reporting and reconciliation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Experience in paid ads and campaign execution preferred.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee/Lazada Ads.
Familiar with marketplace dashboards (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Seller).
Hospitality background is an advantage.
Strong in Excel & reporting tools; knowledge of SEO/SEM is a plus.
Languages: Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused.
Good communication skills to coordinate across multiple brands.
Able to manage multiple campaigns/projects under tight deadlines.
Willing to work flexible hours during major campaigns (11.11, 12.12, festive seasons).
Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
