Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant Director of Business Development to support and drive our business growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, supporting strategic partnerships, and contributing to long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills, market insight, and relationship management capabilities to expand our market presence and support the Director in implementing growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients or partners.
  • Support the proposal development process including RFP responses, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to build long-term value.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, finance) to align growth initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Track pipeline progress, report on business development activities, and prepare performance analytics for senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading successful business growth initiatives. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
