We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Customer Service on a 1-year contract. This role is essential in supporting customer service operations and ensuring smooth order processing and communication with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
  • Assist in preparing quotations and processing incoming orders
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate order fulfilment
  • Support daily generation of incoming and invoiced order reports
  • Assist in year-end stock counts and GDPMD audit preparations
  • Handle VMS logistics coordination
  • Support tasks related to KKM e-Perolehan system
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a customer service or administrative support role
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries is an advantage
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work on a 1-year contract basis
