Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and prepare cost reports for management review.
  2. Prepare product costing reports and sectional cost reports.
  3. Assist the manager in inventory counts and reconciliation.
  4. Conduct cost analysis and prepare related reports.
  5. Assist in closing accounts, ensuring accuracy of financial records and meeting reporting deadlines.
  6. Manage financial accounting systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  7. Monitor fixed assets movement and control; assist in preparing related journal entries.
  8. Produce monthly departmental expense and cost analysis reports.

Additional Job Duties:

  1. Verify invoices, payments, and ensure all are properly supported and aligned with plans.
  2. Support the Accounting Manager in overall department operations.
  3. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Financial Controller.
