Candidates should possess a suitable degree and exhibit good knowledge of construction methods and materials, along with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job description

Responsibility

• To participate in tendering for new projects.
• Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
• Prepare Tender Documents including BQ and cost estimation.
• Review and analyse cost studies and budget.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors/sub-contractors.
• Appointment of contractors/sub-contractors and prepare letter of award.
• Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
• Ad-hoc assigned by management.
