Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to the Company Secretaries.
  2. Assist in maintaining Statutory Records such as Minutes and Register of Members.
  3. Assist Company Secretary in preparing Notice of Meeting of Board of Directors and Shareholders and attend Meetings.
  4. Prepare lodgment of Statutory Forms, Annual Return and all other forms in accordance with Companies Act, 2016 for submission to SSM via MyCoid, MBRS, Eboss and other SSM portals.
  5. Liaise with SSM Officers and any other government agencies.
  6. Undertake other administrative work as directed.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 4 years experience in company secretarial duties.
  2. Familiarity with the Companies Act, 2016 and SSM practice and procedure.
  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a command of written and spoken English and Bahasa. Ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  4. Good computer skills and ability to operate software.
  5. Able to work independently.
  6. Willing to work at Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.
