Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing post-contract activities including variations, claims, and payment processes.
  2. Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
  3. Support in the preparation of monthly cost reports, valuations, and commercial updates.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and suppliers on contractual matters.
  5. Maintain accurate records of contract changes, instructions, and correspondence.
  6. Assist in identifying potential commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  7. Support with final account preparation and project close-out activities.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in post-contract administration or a commercial support role.
  • Familiarity with contract types (e.g., JKR, PAM, FIDIC) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, or SAP).
