Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Manage Security Command Centre (SCC) daily operations (CCTV / access control systems, etc) and response to any emergency situations and ensure proper incident reporting and documentation are done
  • Monitor and ensure security compliance especially on threat, burglary, theft, crime, access control, distress situation or any other relevant security related incident that happen
  • Monitor and conduct inspection as pre-required interval for the security system to ensure the systems are always in working and proper functions as per requirement
  • Assist Security Executive/Manager in investigation, security incident and other related matter (CCTV download, staff movement tracking, etc).
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties in this job classification.
Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative/ customer service or security
  • Able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Willing to work 12 hours shift (Day & Night rotation)
