Who we’re looking for / The role

We’re looking for an energetic, analytical, and creative Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to take full ownership of our analgesic heat patch portfolio. This is a high-impact role focused on growing our MenstruHeat, BackHeat, and related SKUs in Malaysia and Singapore. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the brand strategy, lead commercial activation plans, and own end-to-end execution to scale pain relief sales.

You’ll be the pain relief category captain within our team – collaborating with country-level marketing teams (focused primarily on period care) to ensure pain relief receives the dedicated focus it deserves.

Core Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Growth Leadership (15%)

  • Own and define the pain relief brand strategy across SG & MY.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, key consumer occasions, and unmet needs in the category.
  • Develop and execute growth roadmaps to scale reach, awareness, and conversion.

Performance, Insights & Topline Management (15%)

  • Track sales, market share, and campaign impact; deliver monthly performance reviews and action plans.
  • Collaborate with Data & Finance teams to manage and optimize A&P spend for maximum ROI.
  • Run consumer research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback loops to drive insight-led decisions.

Go-to-Market Execution (50%)

  • Lead 360° GTM efforts for pain relief, including retailer campaigns, e-commerce promos, sampling programs, and in-store activations.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, and Digital teams to plan and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure strong merchandising and POSM execution in-store and online.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

  • Collaborate with SG and MY country Brand Managers to integrate pain relief within wider brand plans.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Creative, E-commerce, and Retail teams for seamless product improvement/NPD, rebranding, or packaging updates.
  • Manage in-house creative team & external agency relationships and production timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in FMCG brand management or marketing, ideally in health & wellness or analgesics.
  2. Proven ability to execute commercially, run campaigns, and track performance.
  3. Strong project management, coordination and communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with the Singapore and Malaysia markets preferred.
