We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand, and generate impactful brand-building results.


A day in the life of...

  • Be an integral part of the core business team contributing to the development of the business strategy and the implementation of brand marketing actions.
  • Develop and update consumer portraits, understand the in-store environment, contribute to category strategy, define desired relative prices, provide recommendations on pricing and promotional strategies, and propose SKUs for key channels and customers.
  • Contribute to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies, and create attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Work in partnership with communication agencies to ensure all brand communication enhances the company's image as a trusted NHW leader.
  • Develop and update consumer portraits and engagement funnels for the brand.
  • Manage the PFME budget effectively and transparently.
  • Ensure effective communication with Sales and CCSD teams to develop an integrated approach to plan execution.
  • Assess market research and survey results, monitor competitor movements, analyze market trends, and propose relevant strategies and action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to Nestlé Quality, Legal, Regulatory, and RIPA guidelines.
  • Maintain and drive brand equity to support the execution of brand objectives.
  • Lead innovation and renovation activities within the product category, from product design to launch.


What will make you successful

  • 2-3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing and/or CCSD field sales.
  • Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional groups.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to increase brand competitiveness.
