Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections.
  • Ensure consistency in quality of food, beverage, service, and cleanliness of sections.
  • Constantly obtain guests' feedback to ensure satisfaction in dining experience.
  • Properly handle guest complaints.
  • Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions.
  • Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.
  • Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and cleaned.
  • Supervise the team and assist in departmental training.
