Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Johor Baharu for an Assistant Banquet Manager. The Assistant Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, managing communication, handling food & beverage operations, and assisting in hiring staff.

Qualifications

1. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
2. Strong communication abilities
3. Experience in Food & Beverage operations
4. Previous experience in hiring and managing staff
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning
8. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
