As our Assistant Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and development of our innovative projects in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of architectural and construction initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the development and execution of architectural designs, plans, and drawings
2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the feasibility and compliance of design proposals
3. Conduct research and analysis to support the design process
4. Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials and client proposals
5. Participate in site visits and construction supervision activities
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
7. Support the team in any other tasks as required to ensure the successful delivery of projects

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience working as an Assistant Architect or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
