Veritas Design Group is seeking an architectural assistant to support the Project Architect and Design Architect through all project stages in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The role involves preparing drawings, plans, and documentation and coordinating with consultants and internal teams to ensure timely information.

Responsibilities include assisting with planning submissions, maintaining drawings and records, attending meetings, and supporting site inspections and tender documentation.

Qualifications

• Assist Project Architect and Design Architect in all project stages.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure timely information.
• Assist in planning and building plan submissions to authorities.
• Update and maintain project drawings, records, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect and Design Architect in all stages of project delivery.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Assist in preparing planning and building plan submissions to relevant authorities.
• Update and maintain project drawings, records, and documentation.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• Assist with site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
• Ensure all assigned work complies with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Architect or Management.
• Prepare and revise architectural drawings and documents.
• Communicate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on assigned tasks under the supervision of the Project Architect.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as assigned.
