Job summary

Veritas Design Group in Malaysia is seeking an architectural assistant to support the Project Architect across all stages of project delivery. You will prepare drawings, plans, and documentation in line with project requirements and coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate information.

You will also assist in planning submissions, update and maintain project drawings and records, attend meetings and prepare minutes, monitor site progress, and support tender

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect and Design Architect in all stages of project delivery.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Assist in preparing planning and building plan submissions to relevant authorities.
• Update and maintain project drawings, records, and documentation.
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• Assist with site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration.
• Ensure all assigned work complies with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Architect or Management.
• Prepare and revise architectural drawings and documents.
• Communicate with consultants, contractors, and authorities on assigned tasks under the supervision of the Project Architect.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as assigned.
