Qualifications & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, CAD, SketchUp or other relevant software.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for Entry Positions.
• Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and ability.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing architectural designs and computerized drawings according to required standards and codes.
• Able to deliver work and drawings efficiently and within deadlines.
• Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and contractors.
• Liaise with all relevant parties and clients to obtain accurate information and coordinate with team members.
• Prepare 3D drawings from customer samples and convert them into internal drawings.
• Manage medical claims.
• Handle insurance coverage.
• Participate in yearly performance reviews.
• Eligible for yearly salary increments.
