ASSISTANT ARCHITECT

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at Klebang Group in the vibrant city of Melaka. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our innovative architectural projects. Job Description

1. Sketching floor plans, 3D models, and detailed drawings
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into detailed architectural plans and drawings
3. Conducting site visits, reporting, and performing necessary analysis to support the design process
4. Contributing to the development of 3D models, renderings, and visual representations of design concepts
5. Participating in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and client communications
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and design best practices

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
2. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
3. Strong drafting and technical drawing skills
4. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
7. Strong communication and presentation skills
