A property development company is seeking an administrative professional to manage documentation, consultant claims, and provide support for team operations. Candidates should have a relevant degree, strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and knowledge in the construction field is a plus. This role requires organization and excellent communication skills. The position is based in Alor Merah, Kedah.
To record and fill all documents, drawings. To key in consultant claims and miscellaneous expenses in infosuit system. Work closely with the accounts department to follow up on all payments, cheques and document preparation. Prepare consultant Letter Award and arrange for signature. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the team.
