Responsibilities
- Full spectrum of Admin (Fleet Management, Insurance renewal, premis and business license renewal, Utilities bills, Housekeeping/cleaning monitoring, Overall Office Management, Basic Accounts, Maintenance/upkeep of premises, General Purchases, Cost monitoring & Social Media updates)
- Coordination of events and workshops/team building
- Ensure accounts receivable are properly recorded and entered into computerised accounting system.
- Support day to day resort and cafe operation (POS system, tally daily transaction)
- Delivery of pleasant staying experience to our customers
- Monthly reporting
- Liaising with internal and external vendors/suppliers
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in accounting /finance/LCCI or any related field with 3 years working experience is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and have multitasking abilities.
- Possess positive working attitude, good communications and writing skills.
- Willing to relocate or work in Tanarimba, Janda Baik. Staff accommodation with facilities is provided.
