JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

Campaign Setup, monitoring & reporting:

  • Configure digital ads campaigns across various platforms (display, video, audio, social media etc) and ensure all digital ads are setup in accordance with best practices with any applicable tracker tested and deadlines are met for client’s campaign.
  • Regularly monitor ad performance metrics (e.g: audience targeting, impressions, clicks, conversion – CPC, CPL etc) and provide analysis optimization on performance against forecast to ensure key performance metric are met with higher cost efficiency within agreed period.
  • Generate insightful reports for campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and creatively addressing non-performing aspects.

A/B Testing & Troubleshooting:

  • A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Ability to trouble shoot basic technical issues on campaign at key platforms and resolve ad serving issue promptly.

Audience Management:

  • Identify, create and manage audience segments and audience sets to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Pixels across websites and landing pages.

Stakeholder communication:

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g: Sales, Campaign Management team, Ad Tech etc) to understand their business requirement, address their queries, and be a point of contact of escalations of Ad Tech issue.
  • Comfortable with a client or senior stakeholder-facing role, including excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills. Able to articulate technical terms in a simple, client-friendly manner.

Ad Product Exploration & Testing:

  • Explore and initiative new optimization method to drive better performance with lower cost in order to maximize ROI.
  • Ability to evaluate ad tech partners and recommend the best tools and features for a particular scope, has experience and industry knowledge to identify vendor for key needs.
  • Testing support with new advertising technologies in the market to improve optimization yield of content, video views & lead quality

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Interaction or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in ad operations, preferably within the digital marketing, online advertising or media industry.
  • Proficiently manage and execute campaigns across diverse advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (formerly Facebook), YouTube, TikTok, and other biddable channels.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of digital metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and consistently meet advertiser performance targets.
  • Keen attention to detail, a high degree of creative problem solving and initiative, must be able to work with limited general supervision.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Ability to meet KPIs and adapt swiftly to the dynamic pace of change in the advertising landscape.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to spot and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Fluency in English & excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager & CRM Tool will be preferred.
