Job description

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS MANAGER (CHINESE SPEAKING)

1. Process and consolidate multiple full set accounts, tax planning and submission, financial analysis and audit reports.

2. Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts, generate financial and management reports.

3. Review and amend reports done by subordinates such as bank reconciliation, cash flow,

petty cash, calculation for receipt & payment done.

4. Ensure proper maintenance of accurate, complete and up to date accounting record

5. Handle and supervise all accounting, IPO, audit and taxation matters, prepare audit schedule.

6. Liaise with internal and external parts such as banks, government, lawyer agencies and others for finance & accounting related matters

7. Monitor & seek approval to book foreign exchange rate for incoming money.

8. Investigate and resolve audit & tax findings, account discrepancies, non-compliances.

9. Communicate with China customers via WeChat.

10. To perform any other relevant duties as required by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess at least ACCA / bachelor’s degree in accounting or related qualification.

2. Min 2 years working experience in audit firm or 3 years in handling multiple full set accounts in Group of Company.

3. To learn and be capable of consolidating accounts and Manufacturing accounts.

4. Based in Kajang office, process own transport.

5. Able to work independently, trustable with minimum supervision.

6. Familiarity using Microsoft, SQL, Autocount and other accounting software.
