Lead and supervise the accounts team in managing full spectrum of project accounting for construction projects.

Oversee project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and accounting standards.

Monitor and control project expenditure to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Collaborate closely with project, contracts and procurement teams to ensure accurate financial data integration.

Analyze project financial performance and provide insights to support management decisions.

Maintain up-to-date records in SAP and ensure accuracy of entries and cost coding.

Participate in audits, internal reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.

10+ years of working experience in accounting with at least 5 years in the construction industry.

Proven experience in full set accounting and cost control in a construction environment.

Excellent people management and communication skills.

Proficient in SAP system is a Plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
