Klozer Consultancy Services is looking for a dedicated Accountant Assistant in Kelana Jaya. This position involves preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and liaising with clients. Ideal candidates should be fluent in Chinese and have a strong accounting background with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Klozer Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join our team in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. This role plays a critical part in delivering accounting, payroll, and compliance services to our growing portfolio of clients. You will work in a professional services environment with opportunities for cross-border exposure and long-term career growth.
Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is essential, as the role involves liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.
What you'll be doing
Prepare full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
Handle monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS)
Maintain and update accounting records for multiple clients across various industries
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews
Communicate with clients on accounting, payroll, and tax matters
Handle Chinese-language documents and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Support process improvement initiatives and administrative tasks where needed
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 4 years of working experience in an accounting firm (experience in commercial sector is not applicable)
Proficient in accounting software (Xero and Infotech) and Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance
Detail-oriented, strong in numbers, and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
