Job Scope

  • Complete financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to clients
  • Manage company ledgers and complete bank reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering and reconciling transactions in the accounting software.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collections.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in accordance with established billing cycles and terms.
  • Work closely with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of expenses and revenue.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and financial reports as required.
  • Support the implementation of financial best practices and process improvements.
  • Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to support the accounting team.
