    Title: Accountant with audit background (STK)

    Salary Range: RM 3500 – RM 6000

    Working Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday)

    Job Responsibilities:
    1. Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including AR, AP, FA, & General Ledger, as well as consolidation accounts.
    2. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss analysis.
    3. Ensure accurate and complete recording of accounting entries.
    4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including financial statements, tax filings, and GST reports, ensuring deadlines are met.
    5. Manage cash flow forecasts, liaise with banks and HQ to ensure liquidity, and collaborate with tax and legal consultants for statutory compliance.
    6. Coordinate with other departments and countries to support operations and projects.
    7. Maintain accounting controls in line with HQ policies and procedures.
    8. Ensure compliance with IFRS and local standards; oversee external and internal audits; manage forecasts and budgets.
    Job Requirements:
    1. Chartered qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance.
    2. Strong foundation in accounting principles and external audit experience.
    3. Leadership skills to supervise team members.
    4. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, including financial reporting and month-end closing.
    5. Ability to support process improvements and adapt to change.
    6. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards.
    7. Fluency in English; Mandarin is an advantage. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications is preferred.
