KIMTEH TRADING is seeking an experienced Account Executive in Seremban to manage accounts and financial operations. The role includes handling a full set of accounts, document financial transactions, and collaborating with auditors. About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing finance team at KIMTEH TRADING (M) SDN BHD. As a full-time position based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, this role will play a crucial part in the management of our company's accounts and financial operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling full set of accounts
Documents financial transaction by entering account information
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and other reports
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Deals directly with auditor
Other HOD tasks as and when required
Handling and monitor Cash sales report
Post accounting entries in Accounting System
Perform general administrative duties (filing, mail handling, procurement of office supplies)
Prepare internal memos, circulars, and official correspondence
Assist with e-Invoice data entry and record of petty cash usage
What we're looking for
A diploma and bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role, preferably within the logistic & courier industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.
Proficiency in using accounting software (SQL/MILLION)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Malaysian accounting practices and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
