Job Title: TMS Administrator – Planning
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the administration of the company Timesheet Management System (TMS) by ensuring timely submission, compilation, input of time records from all departments into the system, monitoring staff’s man-hours utilization, and ensuring all projects are properly set up.
  • Provide briefing and training on TMS, respond to any inquiries raised by users regarding TMS, and liaise with IT and TMS vendors for further assistance.
  • Coordinate with other departments on matters related to TMS.
  • Assist Planning Engineer whenever required.
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competency, as required by their supervisor.
  • Integrate and consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) elements in all activities to meet company objectives.
