How You’ll Help Us Grow

As a Production Manager/Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Lead a "Safety First" culture and maintain safety in the production area.
  • Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize output and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure smooth operation of production lines to deliver on time.
  • Plan and manage daily production activities from formulation/repacking through to shipment booking, ensuring delivery timelines and order requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance of all staff against safety, ISO, and quality standards, and maintain production SOPs.
  • Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the production floor to ensure compliance with quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
  • Maintain basic PSM competency and ensure completion of necessary PSM training.
  • Train and mentor production staff to deliver on objectives & commitments.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, capable of driving operational excellence and fostering a safe and productive work environment. We're looking for someone with:

Mandatory:

  • Degree in Chemical / Mechanical engineering
  • 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with people management responsibility.
  • 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with people management responsibility.
  • Knowledge of regulations concerning materials standards and work safety.
  • Good communication skills to interact with all levels.
  • Experience in the chemical industry.
  • Working knowledge of Process Safety Management systems, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
