Assistance Cafe Manager or Cafe Manager

We are looking for a skilled Cafe Manager to lead our team and oversee daily cafe operations, including the preparation and sale of pastries, meals, and beverages. This role requires a strong focus on quality, customer service, and team management. As a Cafe Manager, you'll ensure that our cafe runs smoothly, products are consistently prepared to high standards, and the customer experience exceeds expectations. You will also work closely with the team to drive sales and maintain an efficient, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management: Hire, train, and lead staff; foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
2. Quality Control: Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of food and drinks.
3. Customer Service: Deliver excellent service, handle feedback, and build customer loyalty.
4. Sales & Promotion: Upsell items, promote specials, and implement strategies to boost sales.
5. Operations: Manage inventory, equipment, cleanliness, and health/safety standards.
6. Financial Oversight: Control costs, monitor sales, and optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3 years and above

Education Level: SPM and above
